I'm a senior web developer from the last 10+ years and my advice to youngster is ki galti se bhi web development enter mat krna. Bilkul kaam khtm ho gya hai. Badi companies ne bhi apne aadhe coders fire kar diye hai. CMS ne take over kr liya hai sab webflow ur wordpress use kr rhe hai nobody is hiring coders. If you don't believe me go on upwork and search for a web dev job they are paying $20 for full website. Bilkul kaam nhi bacha hai. Maine 10 saal mai itna kam kaam nhi dekha is field mai. Bhai galat advice mat do youngsters ko ki free mai ya kam paiso mai kaam karo companies cheat kr rhi hai youngsters ko. It's not worth it.

I've a message to the beginners in this software tech field, that is you cant find a lot of software developers who is above 45 years old in any companies. This is because tech companies need more updated and skillful peoples which are basically youths.. They don't need the mens who is at their forties trying to raise their salary, instead they need youths who wanna earn experience, who can work tirelessly , who have updated minds and can work for low wages. In my experience software is just the field which will help you to earn and shine at your 20's and 30's. When you get older , You will be outdated. Trust me guys you cant keep updated in this field for your lifetime. There will be a point where you will be outdated. I know you lot may disagree with me, although this is the truth. I had never seen an individual who have 20, 25 or 30 years of experience in my entire career other than someone in reels which i cant trust. So please dont choose your career if you are at your teen or twenties over something you just seeing in internet. You have lot of options now, which wont be there by time goes by. Reach out to truth. Be matured.

Total Lies, as an ex-TCSer and my first job, I can confirm whatever this guy has said is not 100% true. 1.) Universe of IT: Tell me a single product in IT sector that TCS has built by itself? It is just a service based company, so saying universe is nonsense. 2.) Why people don’t want to switch from TCS? Because as my personal experience and most of the people who joined as fresher and worked for more than 2 years doesn’t have confidence to work anywhere else or clear interviews expect companies like Wipro, Infosys etc. I wasted my first 1.5 years with no experience at all. 3.) Shifting from Technical to Managerial role: Because somewhere he also knows that HR people has more power working in TCS, that can be true for any other organisation as well. 4.) TCS has never laid off any employee: Just go look leaked videos how TCS laid off people in 2008 and anyways they don’t have to lay off anyone because,l their policies are such that people will leave by themselves. 5.) I worked at TCS, I tried a lot to change my location(with genuine personal reasons, which was also approved by TCS doctor) but even after that only got false hopes till 1 year, and in end had to resign! 6.) RMGs are treated as God, you cry, you weep, you do anything, these guys will always ignore you. 7.) If you are only lucky, then you may get some projects that have development and onsite opportunities(that too after 2-3 years of loyalty) and poor increments. 8.) About changing the projects: Just forget that! You will have to beg with your current project manager and even after that its not sure he/she is going to give you release if you look for some other interesting projects in internal portal of TCS. 9.) I worked hard and got lucky & never regret my decision of leaving TCS in early stage of my career. 10.) Although I have to admit that after leaving TCS, it got really difficult for me to work because I made some really good friends and memories at TCS and it was really difficult to work in development after 1.5 years. There is a lot I can talk about TCS, so you guys can comment and let me know.
